The teacher wants us to have a 'get to know you' meeting where we can all describe our lives back in our home countries. He has asked us all to bring our laptops or tablets to the meeting so that we can show some pictures to each other. The meeting will finish at about 10:30pm, so we should be able to catch the last bus home. I'm staying just around the corner from you sowe can go together if you like.

See you later!

Dear John I'm writing to tell you about a strange experience. I finally decided to sell my old camera as I had got a new one for my birthday. I put the camera up for auction on that website you told me about and I wrote a really good description, showed my best photographs and offered an extra lens for free. 11 people were interested and asked about the functions and its condition. I got 110 pounds, which was really good. The buyer wanted to pick it up personally, so we arranged to meet at the station. However, when I arrived, someone ran past me, grabbed the camera and disappeared! No camera - no money! I was going to spend the money on a better lens for my new camera - what a disaster! Anyway, how's life with you? Are you coming to Poland soon? Take care XYZ
